Tony Colapietro

Stonegate Studios Founder, Musician, Dad, Photographer, independent filmmaker and food consumption specialist. Having been a musician for over 20 years video and film was just a natural progression in creatively and team work. Films and music video always seemed a far off dream but after the release of the first Lord of the Rings film the decision to make every effort to be part of the film industry was a passion. It's Tony's belief that the impact of a strong story captured to film that brings the viewer in to feel connected to the intended message.

Armed with the experience of working on multiple feature length films, music videos, short independent films, having an eye and ear for exceptional talent STONEGATE STUDIOS was born!

Joseph Chan

Hailing from Shrewsbury, Massachusetts, Joe has dreamed of being in entertainment ever since his second grade class told him he laughed like Satan and should be in cartoons. His dream to become the next squeaky-voiced kung-fu villain took him to Boston University, where he graduated with a B.A in Film & Television.

A brief stint in Los Angeles proved to him that he prefers the frigid New England climate and has since stuck his fingers into a multitude of pies in the region, working as a producer, editor, director, writer, and even puppeteer. If there’s a job that needs to be done, he’ll give it a shot.

In his spare time, he works on his own awkward brand of cartoons and at amassing the world’s largest collection of bad kung-fu movies.

Adrian Correia

I grew up in a small town in Connecticut. I must admit that most of my cinematic background is rooted in the cinema of the 80’s; maybe not the most fertile soil of cinema history, but a most pleasant time for me. I mean most ten-year-old kids are not big Antonioni fans.

I attended the University of Connecticut where I majored in electrical engineering…that is until my junior year when I still had not figured out what an electrical engineer did for a living. I then majored and earned degrees in history and sociology. As is evident, I made much of these academic achievements.

I proceeded to forego doctoral studies in history (on the advice of my history professor no less) to try my hand at the exciting and lucrative field of production assisting. Several years as a PA (everyone should be forced to do it), grip, electric, camera assistant and finally as a cinematographer have been fantastic. Life on set is always great, even when it is absolutely terrible and everything goes wrong. At those times, at least you’ll have the story for posterity. In fact, there is nowhere else I would rather be.

Atom Marotte

After finishing a successful and exciting six year run as a US Air Force Munitions Specialist, Atom decided to retire the uniform and set his sights on the film industry in New England.

Ever since 2004, Atom has filled roles in the industry including everything from a Production Assistant, to a Grip/Gaffer, to a Producer. He enjoys the process, the “quick-thinking”, the creativity, the artistry, the collaboration and most of all, just staring at the final frames of success.

Over the years, he has worked on countless commercials, shorts and several full length feature films. Atom just loves this stuff, period.

Boy, this whole “writing in the third person” stuff is hard. Can someone get me a coffee? Black, with two sugars and a little cream, thanks...

Jim Purchase

Jim’s passion for the industry stems from his love of movies.  After spending much of his youth studding multi-media and television productions he received an opportunity to try his hand out on the set of an independent film. Jim began to see his passion for movies turning into a career.

Since then Jim has been creatively involved with countless short films, music videos, commercials and feature films; he has assumed many roles in the world of production; from Production Assistant to Grip, Gaffer, Producer, Assistant Director and everything in-between. Even playing the role of a utility worker in a safety training video.

Jim’s adaptability, dedication, determination, imagination, inventiveness and sheer passion have made him a valuable member of many productions. He joins Stonegate Studios to carry on his career and continue to bring creative visions to life…

Michelle

Born and raised in New England. I started my entertainment career as an extra on the set of an independent film which quickly turned into an associate producer role. Gaining a tremendous amount of knowledge from that first star cast feature opened the doors to other high end productions. From there I advanced into rolls working on commercials, other feature films and music videos. Highly organized, loaded with energy and drive I find my focus is geared on moving projects forward, staying on schedule, keeping everyone healthy and fed. On the production side I've juggled key roles such as location scout / pilot / script supervisor / PA / AD to the post side including the editing room but found my nitch in producing overall. My goal is to be part of a well known production team, shoot some cool footage and produce some outstanding products.

Lois Noble

What do you expect from your voice over actor; a professional
who delivers what you need quickly?  Someone who takes
direction and wants you to achieve your vision?  Whether it's wry
or witty, sleek and sophisticated or a new character voice, I'll get
your project wrapped up on time.  With years of experience in
sales and marketing I can appreciate that time is money.
I'm confident I can deliver that extra special "something"
that will make your project stand out from the crowd.

"That chick is loaded"
Loaded with wit and charm, of course.  If you are looking for a
drama queen or diva you're barking up the wrong tree.  I'm easy
to work with and I just love being pushed around by demanding
execs.
